Newborn Care

I provide expert, hands-on care for your newborn to help ease the transition into early parenthood. My services include feeding support (breast, bottle, or both), soothing and sleep shaping, newborn bathing and hygiene, and the establishment of healthy routines. I also assist with light nursery organization, baby laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for your baby. Whether you need overnight care for restful sleep or daytime help with infant care and recovery support, my goal is to bring calm, confidence, and consistency into your home.
Postpartum Care

I offer compassionate support for mothers during the postpartum period to help ease the transition into motherhood. My services include emotional support, guidance with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, assistance with infant care, and physical recovery after childbirth. I also assist with meal preparation and cooking, cleaning, family laundry, and running errands, all while ensuring your home remains calm and organized. Whatever you need during this transition, my goal is to support your recovery, bring comfort to your family, and empower you to feel confident and well-supported.
Consulting

My consulting services offer one-on-one virtual or in-person sessions to empower you with the knowledge and support needed for a smooth transition into parenthood. We will cover key topics such as newborn prep, postpartum planning, sleep basics, and more. These sessions are designed to teach you practical, effective strategies and provide expert advice tailored to your family’s needs, so you can feel confident and prepared.
Drop-in Care

My Drop-in Care services offers flexible, professional support for families in need of temporary childcare. Whether you're traveling from out of town or need coverage when your NCS or Doula is unavailable, I provide experienced care for your infant, ensuring they stay comfortable and secure during transitions. I focus on maintaining routines, providing soothing and comforting care, and offering peace of mind while you focus on your family’s needs. My goal is to help minimize the stress of change and ensure your little one is well cared for, so you can feel confident and relaxed.
